Regarding your editorial “Biden Ambushes Pharma Patents” (Dec. 11): The Biden administration has caved to progressive activists who ignore that America’s pharma and biotech industries are the world leader in bringing innovative therapies to market. The 1980 Bayh-Dole Act, as properly interpreted, has enabled public-private partnerships and license agreements that generated over 300 leading drugs and vaccines. Why disable something so effective?
